Utuado, Puerto Rico, Mar. 6, 2018--A wide view of the New Río Abajo bridge in Utuado after months of hard work. Due to the heavy rain and flooding from Hurricane María, the previous bridge collapsed leaving a section of the community isolated from the rest of the town.
