Base leaders join more than a dozen active-duty, retired and civilian Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany personnel participated in the 2nd annual Ties that Bind event, recently. This event, sponsored by Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital's Network of Trust, bonded 50 local men with 50 boys throughout the community using neck ties and sharing life lessons.
