Berlin's Museum of Contemporary Art occupies a building which was originally the Hamburger Bahnhof, a 19th century railway station. The museum houses collections dating to 1950 onwards in modern minimalist galleries. To the side of the Spandau Ship Canal there is an outside dining area of the Sarah Wiener Restaurant, located at the Museum.
