(April 17, 2007) - Petty Officer 2nd Class Gerad Hardin assigned to Navy Customs Battalion (NCB) Romeo holds his young daughter at his homecoming in Norfolk Naval Station. Hardin is one of the Sailors with (NCB) Romeo who returned home after a seven-month deployment. The battalion of 450 Navy Reservists, mobilized, trained, equipped and deployed by the Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group, served at five locations in Kuwait and Iraq conducting customs inspections in support of the global war on terrorism.
