Britain's last exported steam locomotive was built by Hunslet of Leeds in 1971 as an 0-4-2ST for Java. The engine is seen here at Trankil Sugar Mill in July 1989. Bullocks haul the crane along temporary field tracks in accordance with the cutting. The cane is then reloaded onto rail wagons at the exchange sidings.
