Oklahoma City Fire Department and Oklahoma Emergency Medical Services Authority first responders prepare to transport a simulated patient to an emergency vehicle during a tornado major accident response exercise at Will Rogers Air National Guard Base, Oklahoma City, Feb. 8, 2023.
