5TH FLEET AREA OF OPERATIONS (Sept. 22, 2017) Interior Communications Electrician 3rd Class Haley Watson, a native of Kalamazoo, Michigan, assigned to the operations department aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52), performs a routine test on the ship’s direct-to-sailor television system. Pearl Harbor is part of the America Amphibious Ready Group (ARG) and, with the embarked 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is deployed in support of maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the 5th Fleet area of operations.
