This been brought about by a great in- crease in the supply. The price on lily ?of the valley has also declined. The best -quality of valley is only called for by a few of the leading retail ' stores. The men who conduct these stores are veterans in the business and men of intelligence; if they were not. they would not be here. To the best ?of our information they absolutely shut down on paying "war prices" for something that they could do without. Valley can now be bought for ,$3 and $ per 100. Relating to the general outlook for greenhouse stock, it looks good. There has been three weeks of al- most daily sunshine, and the roses and •carnations are doing finely, so are the iilies, which have pushed up in price to $5 and $0 per 100.
