In a civil capacity Elder Hooper hasbeen a member of the Commercial,Rotary, Kiwanis and Bonneville clubsof Salt Lake City and of the GraphicArts Association, of which organiza-tion he was an executive. JUDD, Robert L., a member of thegeneral board of Deseret SundaySchool Union since 1920, a prominent. jurist and general council for theChurch, was born July 6, 1885, in SaltLake City, Utah. KIMBALL, Edward Partridge, a member of the general board of theDeseret Sunday School Union since 1916, was born June 2, 1882, in SaltLake City, Utah, a son of Albeit and Harriet Partridge. Hewas baptized when eight years oldby John Keddington, ordained tooffices in the Aaronic Priesthoodand later ordained an Elder. Hewas educated in the public schoolsand the Latter-day Saints College inSalt Lake City and the Brigham YoungUniversity at Provo, after which hetook extensive musical training in Ger-many. On April 11, 1902, he was setapart for a mission to Germany fromwhich he returned in April 1906. Laterhe was ordained a High Priest and in1928-1930 he presided over the Ger-man-Aust
