COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (March 24, 2019) Master-At-Arms 3rd Class Dylan Rhodes, assigned to Navy Operational Support Center Fort Carson, receives the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal from Cdr. Asa Kim, commanding officer NOSC Fort Carson, for his involvement as Assistant Command Fitness Leader during the fiscal year 2018 cycle two Physical Fitness Assessment (PFA). Navy PFA is administered bi-annually to all Sailors in the active duty and reserve components.
