In studying history and tracing its growth, we find that the further back we go, the more con-fused we become—the real mingles with the unreal, and all seems shrouded in a mist. Thus it iswith the Class of 1902. Of its first year there is not one to tell the trials and joys that the Fresh-man undergoes, but in the Sophomore year the mist rolls away. We became a class of we have increased until we are seven in number. The first triumph of our Junior year was the students reception—when the dining-room becameour charge. It was tastefully decorated in our colors, White and Gold, and was pronounced byall, a brilliant success. The games played by us and our loyal friends the Freshmen against the Seniors and Sopho-mores were easily scored in our favor. Our Class Spirit has shown itself during the entire year. This was brought out very forcibly onthe night of November 17th. For several days before this well-remembered event the Seniorsappeared even more
