OTARU, Japan (Feb. 11, 2019) - Yeoman 3rd Class Thomas Lattanzio, from Nyack, , builds a snow lantern during a community relations event in support of the Snow Light Path Festival in Otaru, Japan. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy, and as 7th Fleet command ship, is responsible for fostering relationships within the Indo-Asia Pacific Region.
