Exposition of water along the sides of the cascades will be thrown 100 the main cascade, where the water takes its deepest plunge,will be a subterranean grotto, beautifully lighted, supplying a view ofthe tumbling waters of the cascade through three big arcaded open-ings. Here refreshments will be served amid the coolness induced bythe curtain or veil of water which forms one side of the grotto. Festival Hall at the head of the center cascade will be the largestauditorium on the Exposition grounds. It will seat 3,500 persons andcontain the largest organ on EDUCATION BUILDING. The Education Building of the Louisiana Purchase Exposition isof the Corinthian order of architecture. It is situated to the left ofthe main lagoon, and this and the Electricity Building are the onlytwo buildings facing the Grand Basin with the cascades and ap-proaches to the terrace crowning the hill, on which the Art Buildingstands. While not the largest in area, its position makes it one of themost conspicuous buildings in what has been called the main pictureof the Exposition. Eames & Young, of St. Louis, are the architectsof the structure. The building fronts 525 feet on the main thoroughfare of the Ex-position. The principal entrances are on the axes of the building,and somewhat resemble the well-known form of the triumphal each angle of the building is a pavilion, forming a supplementaryentrance, and the
