This floating museum of Pacific Northwest maritime history in moored in Budd Bay at Percival Landing in downtown Olympia, Washington. Sand Man is a 99 year old, 60 foot restored tugboat and is a local historic landmark. It is a floating museum open to the public for viewing free of charge on most weekends.
