Northern Ireland's Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) is leaving its existing Belfast base in the Stormont estate and moving to Ballykelly in County Londonderry, with nearly 200 jobs being created in the area, or at least a great majority of existing personnel moving to the new site. MJM Marine, a Newry based manufacturing company has recently announced it's bought the former MOD site and plans to base it's operations there too.
