FrankHanly, of Indiana, took their leave, each was pre-sented and spoke a parting word to the speech of Governor Hanly was a prose poem,. BISHOP E MOUZON a gem of beauty and eloquently delivered, for he isa fervid orator, a master of assemblies. Our youngBishop Mouzon was in the chair and it was hisduty to respond. Some thought he would dele-gate that duty to an older man, but at the propertiriie he spoke, and as tactfully and wisely and wellas any man in the College of Bishops could havespoken. The trend of the talk of the Northernbrethren was organic union. Responding to thewarm words of fraternal love Bishop Mouzon said:I am sure I voice the sentiments of my colleagueswhen I say most sincerely that we have great lovefor you. We know we are living in the morningof a great age. We are sure that God is leading us;just whither we are not sure. It may be that Heis not leading us just as you would have Him lead, or just as we would have Him lead, but surewe are that God is leading us and where He leadsus we will follow.
