There was a very moderate degree ofpericorneal injection with some congestion of the branchesof the anterior conjunctival veins. The intraocular tensionwas distinctly raised, and perception of light was absent. The eye was enucleated as blind, the result of an advancedglaucomatous process, and recovery was uneventful. Afterfixing the specimen in formalin, the eye was frozen and bi-sected.
