Another night at Pai Dosa in Ernakulam, largely considered one of the best dosa restaurants in Kerala. Thought to have originated from Mysore, dosa, also known as thosai in Tamil Nadu, is a large crepe made from fermented rice and black lentils that is a staple dish throughout much of Southern India. Served with coconut chutney and vegetable sambal, it is a popular breakfast and supper food and considered a complete meal.
