George Weston, consulting engineer, Chicago, has justsubmitted to the Chicago city council a report on the Unionelevated loop. The report describes the loop as at present operated andits rush hour capacity, and outlines changes that should bemade which will increase its capacity in the number of carsper hour that can be passed through it.
