Of the graduates who do not go to higher institutions, some gointo surveying; some into automobile or other manufacturing industries,as salesmen, designers, or testers; some go into architects offices; andsome go into building concerns. The great mass of boys who do notgraduate at all generally enter some commercial occupation. Practi-cally none of our pupils seek positions as bookkeepers, stenographers, oras typewriters. It is my general observation that the longer a boy notgraduating remains at school the more he tends to seek employment ofa scientific or technical character.
