Approximately 700 homeless men attend a soup kitchen run by a Korean Christian church, in Ueno Park, Tokyo, Japan, Friday 27th March 2009. The men, most of whom are long term homeless, attend the soup kitchen 4 times a week, and have to listen to a church sermon prior to being given a hot lunch, food to take away, and if they wish they can have haircuts, and obtain clothes.
