The "indoor/"outdoor" fountain designed by the reknowned artist Vito Acconci in the Newtown Creek Sewage Treatment Plant Visitors Center in New York in the borough of Brooklyn on Sunday, April 25, 2010. Newtown Creek, notable for it's highly visible "digester eggs", is the largest of the 14 sewage treatment plants in the city.
