LOS ANGELES, Calif. (November 6, 2016) - Chaplain (LTC Ret.) Graham Harbman, 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, retires after thirty one years of military service. Harbman started his military career as a Navy helicopter pilot for 14 years. He joined the Army’s Chaplain Corps when he felt a desire for helping service members find hope. “There’s something special about walking along someone amidst tragedy, and helping them find that hope to carry on,” said Harbman.
