NOSTRADAMUS - EVENTS PROPHECIED. In quatrain 10:9 Nostradamus predicted a 'King who would never rule', the Never King (Onc Roy). This was the son of Louis XVI, who would have been Louis XVII, who died in prison, towards the end of the French Revolution, after the beheading of his mother (Marie Antoinette) and father.
