Christmas Festival of Light at Longleat to celebrate the Safari Park's 50th anniversary with the theme of Beatrix Potter. Mrs Tiggy-Winkle

A team of highly skilled artists from Zigong in China’s Sichuan province have created thousands of giant illuminated lanterns as part of The Festival of Light event at Longleat. The event is set to be the biggest ever staged in the UK and will feature over 2,500 individual lights, 20 km of silk, more than 30,000 bulbs and over 4km of LED lighting. Mrs Tiggy-Winkle is a very unusual washer woman with her little black nose, twinkly eyes and prickles under her cap. Mrs Tiggy-Winkle does the laundry for some surprising customers.
