(Nov. 3, 2016) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus addresses Jacksonville-area service members during an all-hands call inside the ballroom at Dewey’s All Hands Club at Naval Air Station Jacksonville. During his visit, Mabus spoke to and took questions from Sailors about current issues facing today's Navy and Marine Corps forces, including the Navy Occupational Specialty Rating Modernization change, paternity leave, and sea and shore rotation.
