Croatian President, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic and Polish President Andrzej Duda shake hands during the official welcoming ceremony of the Croatian President to the Presidential Palace in Warsaw. Croatian President, Kolinda Grabar-Kitarovic met with Polish President Andrzej Duda in the Presidential Palace in Poland’s capital, Warsaw during her official visit to Poland. The two leaders discussed strengthening economic ties between the two countries, especially in terms of infrastructure development between Croatia and Poland. President Duda and President Grabar-Kitarovic also discussed the pressing political issues in Europe including the NATO summit in Warsaw as well the on-going issue of immigration of refugees into Europe. This is President Grabar-Kitarovic’s fourth visit to Poland in the last six months. She attended the 70th anniversary of the Auschwitz Prison Camp on Tuesday.
