Justin Hebert, the operations officer at Recruiting Station (RS) Cleveland introduces himself and prepares the crowd for a swear in ceremony at the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds during WGAR’s Country Jam in Middleburg Heights, Ohio, Aug. 21, 2021. The event allowed recruiters to engage with the local community and to invite civilians to participate in a pull-up challenge to earn Marine Corps prizes. During the concert RS Cleveland held a swear in ceremony in order to raise awareness about the Marine Corps.
