A Sailor with Expeditionary Medical Facility stationed in Jacksonville, Florida, returns fire to an ambush from an oppositional force during performing immediate life saving measures (PILM) training, June 16, 2022, at West Camp Rapid, South Dakota. PILM training allowed the trainees to respond to simulated stimuli of a battlefield in which they will have to utilize lifesaving and stabilizing measures on the battlefield to ensure the patient is secure.
