ARLINGTON, Va. (April 6, 2017) Chief of Naval Operations Adm. John Richardson completes a contribution form for the Navy-Marine Corps Relief Society (NMRCS) as Yeoman 2nd Class Kerry Grove observes. The NMCRS provides financial assistance and education, as well as other programs and services, to members of the Navy and Marine Corps, their eligible family members, widows, and survivors.
