Straight Binder for the Abdomen.—Straight bindersfor the abdomen are sometimes used for obstet-rical patients, after confinement. They should beabout twelve to fourteen inches wide and longenough to go around the patients body. To apply, pin down the center with small safety-pins and pin darts on both sides, above and belowthe hip prominence.
