A furnacechamber at one side; an upper andlower tube drum with the tubes bankedin two sections, and a jfire-tile partitionextended nearly to the top of the only provision for circulation is bythe upward current in the fire side induc-ing a downward flow in the rear bank oftubes. Tubes are cleaned by steam jets,through doors in the walls of the setting.
