The Kentucky National Guard's security office was awarded the Department of the Army’s Best Anti-terrorism Program Unit for 2011. The award recognizes Army units that focus a high level of effort towards protecting Army personnel and missions from terrorist award was presented to Col. Charlie Harris from Kentucky's adjutant General Maj. Gen. Edward Tonini and the Chief of Staff, Col. Ben Adams in Frankfort, Ky. March 29.
