Air Force Staff Sgt. Aaron Rowe, front, 1st Munitions Squadron munitions systems craftsmen and Staff Sgt. Reid Howell, 372d Training Squadron tactical aircraft maintenance specialist and instructor for the Multi-Capable Airmen program, guides Rowe through crew chief procedures at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia, Aug. 18, 2022. As an MCA instructor, Howell guides the 20 Airmen currently participating from different Air Force Specialty Codes through weekly training to be able to fully perform as crew chiefs in a contested environment and assist in emergency situations.
