JEJU JOINT CIVIL-MILITARY COMPLEX, Jeju-do (March 25, 2017) Command Senior Chief William Edward Palmer IV, from Vero Beach, Florida, and assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63), mans the rails while Republic of Korea Sailors wave in greeting as the ship becomes the first Naval vessel to pull into port at Joint Civil-Military Complex on the island of Jeju-do. Stethem is on patrol in the waters east of the Korean peninsula supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
