Head and thorax metallic blue-black ; tegulae, pectus, and coxae orange; abdomen blue-black, greyish towards base, the anal tuft often tinged with orange ; the ventral surface orange. Pore wing with the ground-colour white, with broad metallic blue-black streaks on the veins; the basal half of cell and the costal area to end of cell dark ; a discoidal patch and a patch at apex ; the terminal half of inner area dark. Hind wing white, the termen black, more or less expanding into a patch aud streaks on the veins towards apex. Fore wing with veins 4, 5 from cell, 6 from angle of cell; hind wing with veins 4, 5 from eeU. Hah.
