The patient suffered nopain or headache but soon began to com-plain of double vision. Roentgen-ray Examination.—^A roentgen-ray examination, made September i, 1914,showed a very dense growth involving all ofthe left frontal sinus, extending into theorbit and upward above the frontal sinusand beyond the median line somewhat overthe right orbit and into the right ethmoidalregion.
