Stall holders preparing and selling fresh food during Ramadan in Putrajaya, Malaysia

Putrajaya is the purpose built administrative centre for Malaysia. It holds the Putra Mosque (Masjid Putra) and also many food stalls for Ramadan. The photographs here are of stall holders and customers buying food in advance for the end of day, end of fasting meal called "iftar". The atmosphere is very friendly and as a non-muslim it felt unfair that I could eat this very tasty food immediately whilst my hosts could not. Many non muslim Malaysians visit to eat during this time.
