Large Binocular Telescope. The Large Binocular Telescope (LBT) is an astronomical optical telescope located on Mount Graham (3,300 metres) in the Pinaleno Mountains of southeastern Arizona, USA. It is a part of the Mount Graham International Observatory. The LBT is currently one of the world's most advanced optical telescopes. Using two metre wide mirrors, it can give the same light gathering ability as an metre wide single circular telescope and the detail of metre wide device.
