The best variety of Celery for general culture vet introduced is the Giant Paschal, which originated from the Golden Self-blanching Celery, and possesses all the merits of that superb variety, w'ith the addition of larger size and longer keeping. Its beautiful silvery stalks are solid, stringless, crisp and tender, and have a rich, nutty flavor. This is one of the most handsome varieties of Celery, and the most pro- ductive and 1 ounce drills 100 feet of row.
