Capt. Dean Court Garretson, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland, Army Reserve headquarters company commander for the 3rd Transportation Brigade (Expeditionary), calls out instructions to his troops during a practice march on Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, Virginia, on Jan. 19 for the upcoming Presidential Inauguration Parade in Washington, During rehearsals, Army Reserve Soldiers practiced with members of the 3rd Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard), the Army Field Band, West Point and the National Guard, which totaled approximately 500 service members and cadets.
