Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California – Lance Cpl. Kaylyn Ramirez, an ammunition technician with Combat Logistics Battalion 11, 1st Marine Logistics Group, uses a metal detector to search for weapons or contraband on a role player during an evacuation control center exercise aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., July 18. During the exercise if the role player had a weapon or contraband they were detained until their identity could be confirmed and the item was confiscated by the Marines.
