Graves in the Railway Hollow Cemetery of British dead from the battle of the Somme in July 1916, the First World War, France


The railway hollow cemetery contains 107 British graves, mainly from the Yorks and Lancaster Regiment and two French graves. It is situated on an old military railway line just behind what was the British front line on 1 July 1916 the start of the Battle of the Somme in the First World War
