Thai police crime scene investigators search near the clock tower at the site of the second explosions in Hua Hin, Thailand 12 hours after the first. A series of coordinated blasts across Southern Thailand including Hua Hin and Phuket killing at least four people and injured dozens over a 24 hour period. According to reports, no group has claimed the attacks but suspicion has fallen on separatist insurgents.
