The entrance of Hao Yong Seng homemade soy sauce factory with the owners Pun-Saharat Kamolsakdavikul, 62, and the boss Nea Rung-Susama Sunsiang, 57 years old. “Hao Yong Seng” is the only remaining homemade soy sauce factory in Bangkok, since 3 generations, for more than 100 years, the family has never changed the formula plus still maintaining the traditional making process which take up to 6 months to get one bottle, in Khlong Bang Luang community which used to be an economic district, this is the only soy sauce factory left.
