Sadhu holy man, in Varanasi, India. The Naga sect of Hindu ascetics are known as the 'naked' sadhus, and do not wear clothing, instead covering their body with paint and ash, and their hair in dreadlocks. Some attach weights to their genitalia and perform various penances and displays to desensitise the organs. This sadhu has his penis rolled around the wooden stick he is holding in his hands. Varanasi, on the banks of the Ganges, is the holiest of the sacred cities of Hinduism.
