Members of the 106th Rescue Wing gathered today in memory of Lt Col Michael R. Noyes. Lt. Col. Noyes had a 25-year career in the Air Force and Air National Guard. Lt Col. Noyes and his HH-60 crew were the first on scene after the crash of TWA Flight 800 and also flew recovery missions over Manhattan on September 11, 2001.
