MARINE CORPS TRAINING AREA BELLOWS, HAWAII – A Landing Craft, Air Cushion (LCAC) with Assault Craft Unit 5, America Amphibious Ready Group makes its approach to Bellows Beach during Sustainment Exercise, July 13, 2017. SUSTEX is the MEU’s first exercise since deploying building on and honing the skills they sharpened during their work up training. The 15th MEU and America Amphibious Ready Group Team are deployed as a crisis response and contingency force in support of fleet and combatant commanders.
