W. F. E. LANCASTER. PA. The Market. The extremely hot weather of the last week has practically put an end to all indoor stock. Many benches are being cleared to make room for young mum stock. Many of the growers are cutting gladioli in quantity. Some Niagara are being cut. This charming new variety seems to have all the good qualities of America; its color is a deli- cate cream-yellow, lightly marked and splashed with rosy carmine. They were much admired by all who saw them. Outdoor sweet peas are at their best. Various Notes. Ira II. Landis, of Paradise, and Wal- ter Denlinger, of Vintage, are cutting immense quantities of outdoor sweet peas. L. 8. Landis also has fine stock. E.
