Major Michael Hay, officer-in-charge of the Phoenix Medical Recruiting Station, briefs details of the Stop the Bleed initiative to senior leaders during Army Recruiting Command's Deputy Commanding General of Operations, Brigadier General Kevin Vereen's visit to the station. Joining the DCG-O for the brief were 6th Medical Recruiting Battalion Commander, Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Mapes, Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army, Dr. Randy Groth, and Community Partners.
